The Wedding Experience

Envision your upcoming wedding day. Think of all the excitement that is going to be associated with your special day. Imagine being surrounded by all your favorite people who are there to celebrate you. You deserve authentic photos that truly capture your unique wedding day for what it was and preserve your love for years and years to come. You deserve a wedding experience that allows you to truly enjoy your day while insuring every important moment and every beautiful in between moment is captured. When my couples look back on their wedding day years down the road, I want them to remember the day for what it truly was.

I believe that out of all the choices you need to make concerning wedding vendors that choosing a wedding photographer that truly connects with you and your future spouse is the one of most important choices of all. Preserving one of the most important days of your life is something that I take so seriously and if you choose me, I promise you won’t regret your decision.

How It All Works

+ Step One | Inquiry, getting to know each other and making it official!

Upon inquiring, you will be sent my pricing guide along with all of the details you will need to know about my wedding package options. If everything sounds good to you, next we will set up a FaceTime call or meet in person for coffee if you are local to get to know each other better and go further into detail about my photography process and your vision for your wedding! To officially seal the deal, I will send you a proposal and contract to sign and request a 50% non refundable deposit. Once you get those all back to me, then you are officially booked as a Brooke Silverman couple and we can get the party started!

+ Step Two | Engagement Session

Time to make your debut in front of my camera! Your engagement session is the perfect time for us to hang out and for you to be able to feel comfortable in front of my camera for when your wedding day comes! It is also a great way for me to learn more about you as a couple. We can go on an adventure in you favorite city, explore the great outdoors or have a cozy and intimate hang out session in your home! I promise that if you are apprehensive about being in front of a camera all day on your wedding you won’t after this.

+ Step Three | Boudoir Session

Looking for a gift for your fiancé? Maybe you are interested in doing something different than a typical engagement session? If that’s the case, I got you covered! Boudoir bridal sessions make a great gift to your significant other and couples boudoir sessions are a unique and alternative option to engagement portraits. + Step Four | Final Preparations

One of the most important things to me is being proactive in your wedding planning because I want to make sure you have the best and most stress free day possible. Four to six weeks out from your wedding day I will shoot you over my wedding questionnaire to fill out just to make sure I have everything I need from you to make sure I give you the best service possible on your wedding day. After I receive your timeline back, we will meet one last time via FaceTime or in person if you are local to create your final timeline with how I will fit into your day. Also if you have a wedding planner or day of coordinator I will be working close with them as well to make sure we are good to go.

+ Step Five | Wedding Day

After months, a year or sometimes years of planning the big day is FINALLY here! For your wedding day, your one and only priority is to be present. Take it all in, relax, enjoy having all of your loved ones in one place, party it up! No need to worry, I will be there to capture every moment so you can foucs on having the best day possible!

Within 6 weeks from your wedding day you will receive your finished wedding gallery! Your wedding will be displayed on an online gallery for one year which will give you plenty of time to download, share and print all of the high-resolution digital files. If you choose to print and display your photos in your home (which I really hope you do!) custom designed high quality heirloom albums, parent albums, professional prints and canvases are available for purchase through me for up to one year after your wedding!

My standard wedding package starts at $3,299 and it includes 8 hours of coverage, an engagement session, an online gallery of high resolution photos and an image release for sharing and printing photos. Elopement photography starts at $1,500 and includes 3 hours of coverage for no more than 20 guests, an online gallery of high resolution photos and an image release for sharing and printing images. Additional a la carte items including a second shooter, additional hours, hourly packages for under 8 hours of coverage, custom made heirloom albums and other photo products are available and can be added to create a custom quote.

In additional to my standard wedding and elopement packages, I also offer customized photography services for destination elopements and weddings!

For weddings most couples book me out 6 months to a year in advance. I book for the year of and the following year starting in March of the current year. I book on a first come, first serve basis. I recommend booking me as soon as you have a date and can pay my 50% non refundable retainer to insure you have me for the date you need.

Oh hell yes! I believe that love is love and turning people away based on their sexual orientation is not valid excuse not to work with them. I am here and more than happy to capture each and every couple's special day and other special moments in their lives no matter who they are or what their story is.

If you choose to add a second shooter to your wedding photography package, they will be chosen from a list of strong second shooters that I have worked with in the past based off their experience, portfolio, style, personality and professionalism. Everyone on my second shooter list is someone I trust can will provide a stellar Brooke Silverman Photography Wedding Experience!

I recommend 100% doing a first look on your wedding day. Those take usually 10 - 15 minutes and you get some beautiful portraits from them. Plus added bonus, you also get to spend some private time with your significant other before you are surrounded by friends and family the rest of the day. In addition to that, I also recommend 20 - 30 minutes for us to get some killer sunset photos! You will have a variety of portraits to look back on from your wedding day by doing both these things and you will be left with plenty of time to enjoy your wedding!

While I can't provide an exact number of photos from a wedding I can promise that you will receive between 400 and 800 edited images from your wedding between what myself and my second shooter takes. On average, you will receive between 50-100 photos per hour. I believe in delivering quality photos over quantity. A smaller number of quality photos says more that a ton of average photos. I do promise you I will give you all the best photos from our time together!

For destination weddings, I charge for 2 nights of accommodation (the night before and night after), my roundtrip plane ticket, luggage, a stipend for food and a rental car. If the wedding is international, I charge for 5 nights of travel just to insure I get there on time and can adjust to the potential time zone change. If you choose to add a second shooter, I charge for their travel, luggage and a stipend for food for them as well. My second shooter and I will share a room for the night before and after.
